The St Abbs and
Eyemouth Voluntary Marine Reserve contains relatively deep water close
inshore and strong tidal movement which combine to provide some of the
easiest and best shore diving in Britain.

When the conditions are right surfing at
Coldingham bay is as good as anywhere in Scotland. In
May 2003 Coldingham bay played host for the Scottish leg of
the local hero surf competition sponsored by Red Bull energy drink.

St Abb's Head National Nature Reserve.
Formed by an extinct volcano,
the Head is the best-known landmark
along the magnificent Berwickshire coast.
Home to thousands of nesting seabirds in summer, the Head also has a
wealth of other wildlife and fine views along the coast.
